FPS Rigs and death animations

First Person Rigs using a Gadget camera can suffer problems if the puppet hosting the Gadget camera in the head has a death animation. The lag between die and respawn can cause the Gadget camera to render some undesirable frames.

The fix for this situation is to wire the puppet death directly to respawn so that it occurs immediately, not to the Die input (which then triggers respawn a frame later).
