The Basics
- Drag & drop .wav files onto the appropriate panels
- Or use the button to record from your default input
- Click on to start recording
- Double-click on the top waveform to create slices
- Use ‘Drag to trim silence’ to remove quiet parts
- Use ‘Drag to cut into beats’ to make slices where loud sounds start, or notes change
- Click on a slice to select it
- Hover over a slice on the lower zoomed-in view, and use the mouse wheel to zoom in/out
- Use the ARROW keys to switch between slices
- Use the DELETE key to delete selected slices
- Click and drag on top corners to add fades
- Drag up/down on top border of fade area to change fade shape
- Use SHIFT-click to select multiple slices
- Use CTRL+A to select all slices
- Use ESC to deselect all slices
- Drag up/down on the double-headed arrow to adjust volume
- Use CTRL+Z to undo
- In Dreams, open the Scene you want to import to
- In Sound Mode, open the Tools menu
- Switch on Audio Import
- On indreams, click Send to Dreams to import to Dreams
- Stamp with and use + to open the Slice Mapper
