Stuck in offline mode?

Having trouble accessing Dreams online? If your internet is working and your account has not been sanctioned, the most common reason this happens is that you are using an account which has been set up as a child account.

Dreams is officially a 12-rated game, so if you have a child account it won't allow you to access user-generated online content. To find out if this is the case, try signing into the game using a standard adult account.

Why has my content been moderated?

At Media Molecule, we believe in making Dreams a fun and safe experience for all of our players. We're constantly impressed by how supportive, kind and helpful our coMmunity continues to be. This means we do not tolerate any content which goes against our guidelines.

How do I stop my music track cutting out?

Are you trying to add an entire track? Even if your aura level is high, you can only upload short segments of audio. This is to deter uploading entire tracks, including piracy. And using long recordings means they tend to get out of sync with animations or other creation elements — so it’s generally a good idea to have shorter pieces arranged together anyway.

How do I find someone to collaborate with on a Dreams project?
